• Have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Reside in a jurisdiction where we provide services

4. Service Agreement

When you engage our services, you agree to:

• Pay agreed-upon fees and expenses
• Maintain confidentiality of case information
• Follow our legal advice and recommendations
• Notify us of any changes in circumstances

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fee Structure

Our fees are based on a contingency basis, meaning we only receive payment if we successfully recover your funds. Our standard fee structure is:

• No upfront fees for case evaluation
• Contingency fee: 25-35% of recovered amount
• Additional costs for court fees, investigations, etc.
• Payment due within 30 days of successful recovery

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in the currency specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges and interest.

6. Case Management

We will:

• Assign a dedicated legal team to your case
• Provide regular updates on case progress
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Protect your confidential information
• Act in your best legal interests

7. Limitations of Service

Please note the following limitations:

• We cannot guarantee successful recovery of funds
• Case outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control
• Legal proceedings may take significant time
• Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on recovery
• We reserve the right to decline cases that don't meet our criteria

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Financial information and recovery amounts

Exceptions to confidentiality may apply when required by law or court order.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
